HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange any of the products you purchased at www.lapetitemortstudio.com, you may request a size or color change (subject to product availability) by following these steps:

  • Contact us to request the exchange/return and send your request to our email: la-petite-mort@outlook.com

  • You must then send the product to the address in Medellín that we will provide. The condition of the product will be verified upon arrival. Please remember that it must be returned with tags and labels, clean, unused, and in perfect condition.
    If the product does not meet the exchange conditions, we will notify you via email with the reason why the exchange was not approved, and the product will be sent back to the original shipping address.

The product must be properly packaged. Use the same packaging in which you received your order or a different one that ensures the product’s protection during shipping.

Please note: the shipping cost in this case is your responsibility.

WARRANTY POLICY

Products have a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery. This applies if the item has defects in seams, finishes, or prints, and all care and washing recommendations have been followed.

You must contact us at la-petite-mort@outlook.com to send the product to the address provided by our team.
Shipping costs from your home to our store are covered by the customer. LA PETITE MORT will cover the cost of sending the product back.

The warranty does not apply if the defects are caused by:

  • Force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

  • Third-party actions.

  • Improper use of the product by the customer.

  • Failure to follow the care or maintenance instructions.

 

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Colombian law 1480 of 2011, article 47, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within five (5) business days from the date of delivery.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unused, clean, in perfect condition, and with original tags and labels.
Return shipping costs and any additional expenses involved in the product’s return to LA PETITE MORT are the responsibility of the customer.

If all the above conditions are met, LA PETITE MORT will refund the full amount paid, without any deductions or withholdings. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

Then, you must send the product to the address in Medellín that we will provide. The product will be inspected to ensure it meets all conditions: tags and labels intact, unused, clean, and in perfect condition (in original packaging).
If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will inform you via email with the reason, and the product will be sent back to the original shipping address.

Please note: the shipping cost and any fees incurred in processing the refund (e.g., bank fees for transfers to other cities or remittance services like Efecty or Baloto) will be your responsibility.
